Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service with a smile, ensuring every guest feels welcome.
Scoop and serve ice cream, create sundaes, milkshakes, and other menu items with attention to detail.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food prep areas, counters, and dining areas.
Restock inventory and supplies as needed.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards, and must obtain a Food Handler Certificate within 30 days.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
Flexible availability: we are looking for 2-3 days per week, mostly closing shifts from 3 PM-close.
You must be available and willing to work Friday-Sunday. Not every day on the weekend, but 1-2 days at a minimum.
Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
