Looking for a fun and unique venue for your next celebration? Host your event at our ice cream shop in Bulverde! We are currently booking Saturday mornings from 10 AM to 12 PM and are available anytime on Sundays from October to February for private parties.

Ice cream for 15 children + 1 topping each is INCLUDED in the cost, and outdoor food is allowed! (frequently asked questions below)

How long is a Party at the Parlor?

The party itself is a 2-hour rental, and we allow 30 minutes before the start time for decorating, giving you plenty of time for treats, fun, and photos! We help with the breakdown and clean up during the last 15 minutes of the party. 

What’s included?

Every party includes:

  • Reserved private area of the shop, outdoor space, and outdoor games (weather permitting)

  • An $80.25 Ice Cream Credit- you may use it for whatever size scoop you would like to serve. The value is equal to 15 kids scoops + 15 toppings

  • Need to serve more? No problem, we can add on scoops or drinks the day of!

  • 2 ice cream flavor choices to request to serve at the party- please let us know at booking

  • 2 designated party hosts to help with setup, serving, and all the clean-up

How many guests can we invite?

We can comfortably host up to 30 guests inside & our outdoor seating can seat 40+

Can we bring our own food or cake?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring cake, cupcakes, snacks, or catered food. Please, no cookies or sweets that could be provided in the store. We ask that all outside beverages be non-alcoholic unless previously arranged.

Can we add extras?

Of course! Popular add-ons:

Do you require a deposit?

Yes—a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due the week of the party.

Can we come early to decorate?

Absolutely! Hosts may arrive 30-45 minutes early for balloons or a simple setup.

What about clean-up?

We handle all the clean-up so you can enjoy your party stress-free.
